The item turned out to be out of stock, leading to a postponed delivery. I got an automated email claiming the item was sent, but then I was reached out to after a week or more of waiting.

I ended up paying £4.49 for shipping. The parcel showed up after 5 days in an envelope that had just one first class stamp, which cost 95 pence or at most £1.45.

"Awesome Support from the Team"
I really appreciated that you had the product I was looking for. The guy who helped me on the phone was super knowledgeable, professional, and really helpful. The online process was straightforward and quick. However, the cost of the item was a tad higher than I anticipated when compared to other vendors.

The fact that you stocked the item I needed. The gentleman who assisted me over the telephone was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The Internet proces was incomplicated and efficient. The price of the item was however, a little more than expected compared to other suppliers.
